Waterford, Ohio-  Grae-Con has begun construction on a design/build warehouse and administration facility at the AEP Muskingum River Plant near Beverly, Ohio.  
 
Hamlin, West Virginia-  Lincoln County High School students will return to classes in the fall to a new state-of-the art  220,000 square foot high school recently completed by Grae-Con.
 

Parkersburg, WV-  Grae-Con is in the final stages of completing 6 additions, for student use this fall, at Parkersburg South High School in Parkersburg, WV.  To date, Grae-Con has been awarded all general contract packages at all three schools in the Wood County Schools 50 million dollar upgrades and expansion project.

 
Steubenville, Ohio- Grae-Con has begun work on a 19 suite medical office building for Trinity Health Systems.   The facility is being constructed behind the Trinity West Hospital in Steubenville, Ohio.
 
Stratton, Ohio-  Grae-Con is finalizing the design stages of a design/build warehouse at the WH Sammis Plant.  The warehouse and office complex is scheduled to be completed in April in order to house the construction administration of Bechtel Corporation and 800+ craft workers for the 1.25 billion dollar AQC project.
