Robert A. Gribben, III
A deep commitment to operational excellence, personnel management, and the successful coordination of large-scale projects marks Rob Gribben’s tenure as President of Grae-Con. As custodian of Grae-Con's legacy, Rob champions innovation while upholding his family's longstanding tradition of excellence in construction. Rob embodies the spirit of mentorship, serving as chair of Grae-Con’s Safety Committee and supporting the team's development through targeted training programs. Rob also leads the Grae-Con Process Piping department. He holds a Master’s Degree in civil engineering from Youngstown State University and a Bachelor of Science in construction systems management from The Ohio State University.

James McKeegan
James joined Grae-Con in 2007. With deep experience in construction and project supervision, he is an invaluable asset to Grae-Con and our clients. James’s well-rounded industry knowledge enables him to manage commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.
As a Project Manager, his responsibilities include the thorough review of contracts, drawings, and specifications, as well as maintaining project schedules and changes in work. As an Estimator, James develops accurate, detailed takeoffs and analyzes subcontractor and vendor bids. He holds a Bachelor of Science in construction systems management with a minor in business from The Ohio State University.

JESSE JOHNSON
Jesse joined Grae-Con in 2023 as an experienced operations leader with a proven track record of identifying market opportunities and aligning internal capabilities to drive performance, efficiency, and business growth. With 18 years of experience, his diverse background across engineering, quality, and operations has shaped a strong foundation in strategic decision-making and cross-functional leadership. As Vice President at Grae-Con Construction, Jesse supports company-wide operations, overseeing personnel and project management, coordinating large-scale contract and design/build projects, and leading system training initiatives. Known for a customer-centric, process driven approach, Jesse is passionate about building strong teams and developing future leaders through transparency, collaboration, and engagement.

Bill Clinefelter
Bill Clinefelter joined Grae-Con in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him over 30 years of diverse experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, Bill has held a variety of financial leadership roles—including Job Cost Analyst, Credit Manager, and Controller—across both privately held companies and large, publicly traded multinational corporations.
At Grae-Con, Bill is responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance and accounting operations. He plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information, supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh. He also earned a dual Master’s degree—an MBA and Master of Health Administration (MHA)—from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business and Graduate School of Public Health, with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, and Healthcare Finance.
