Project Superintendent I

This position is responsible for project schedule & coordination, quality control and job costs. Superintendent will manage/direct foremen on tasks, manage/direct subcontractor schedules and performance, procure and purchase items, complete daily field reports . . .

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years technical training/related experience
  • Thorough knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Construction Standards
  • Thorough construction knowledge (technology, equipment, methods, etc.)
  • Understanding of efficient construction sequencing/ scheduling
Project Superintendent I

Project Manager/Estimator

This position is responsible for project administration, cost control and estimating. Employee will prepare and update project cost estimates and perform value engineering analysis, develop and maintain detailed job cost breakdowns, produce and maintain monthly project schedules, and assemble and maintain complete project records and close-out documents . . .

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-year Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture or engineering or equivalent of technical training/experience
  • Minimum 30 hour OSHA training
  • Thorough construction knowledge (technology, equipment, methods, etc.)
  • Understanding of efficient construction sequencing/scheduling
