Grae-Con has performed numerous projects at the Marietta Memorial Hospital serving as a Construction Manager, General Contractor, and General Trades Contractor. Some of the major projects include the Ambulatory Surgery Center, Fitness Center, “Bridge” Office Suite Project, the Administration and Human Resources Suites Renovation, the Third Floor Physician Suites Renovation, and the 25-million dollar Expansion Project, which included the Foundations and Concrete Package, the Site Finish Package, and the Interior Finishes Package.
