LOCATION: WEIRTON, WV
The Stark/Netflow Ocean Air International headquarters was a design/build project built in the Three Springs business park in Weirton, West Virginia. This 8,000 square foot facility serves as the corporate offices for Stark Enterprises and its subsidiaries Ocean Air International, Netflow, Inc., and Star Trans International. The facility includes a large group of offices, large multi-media conference room, call center, and dining facility for employees. This project was completed on a fast-track schedule and completed nearly two months ahead of schedule.
