We are excited to announce that millwright expert and project manager specialist Kevin D. Noble has joined the Grae-Con family. Kevin helped launch our mechanical millwright work division, and his numerous responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, as well as discovering and acquiring new customers in strategic, high-growth areas.

Kevin comes from a long line of millwrights and has been in the trade for more than 30 years. He’s worked across the United States on big projects for big customers, including Tesla, John Glenn Columbus International Airport, Owens Corning, and many more. In recent years, Kevin has transitioned to project management work, using his vast, hands-on experience, which gives him the edge when it comes to project scopes, estimates, and execution.

It's All About Efficiency and Safety

Over the years, Kevin has discovered the secret to driving successful projects: finding the right people for the job. That’s a task that requires consideration of one’s work ethic, accountability, commitment to safety, and skill set. It’s a pledge that Kevin and everyone at Grae-Con takes seriously, which is why you’ll never see someone who isn’t trained in this type of work in our millwright division. As Kevin likes to say, it’s not about just keeping workers busy—it’s about finding the right job for them.

After more than three decades in the business, Kevin knows a thing or two about what customers in this industry want, and a good safety record is at the top of the list. Everything we do at Grae-Con is about the promotion of a safe job site, from who we hire to the processes, procedures, and precautions those workers follow. We know that members of the Grae-Con family have a family of their own at home, and we want to make sure our workers return to them safely every night.
